I honestly can’t say enough wonderful things about D’Agostino & Associates. From the very beginning, I felt like I was more than just a client—I felt like they genuinely cared about me as a person.

What a wonderful experience I had with their law firm. I had a disability/ social security case.Ed Pavia’s team handled everything for me. Toni especially was so on top of things so knowledgeable. Needless to say they won for me and I’m on the road to receiving benefits. What a tremendous burden taken off my family and I now can concentrate on my health. I Love them and I’m forever grateful

I lost hope and direction been injured badly. I told them that's OK I give up. They called again and asked to come to my home, so I said OK . The best decision I ever made! What a team! I started out speaking to Bobby who set the path to Ed and Toni, Toni has been nothing but the best for the entire 3 yrs continuously calling me and keeping me updated. Ed was behind the scenes putting together a good case taking me to the finish line of an approval. I can’t thank this team enough. Toni your nothing less then caring and the best!

I can’t say enough good things about this firm. I was in one of the toughest times of my life when I had gotten into a car accident a couple years back. They really helped me get through it and get exactly what I’m owed considering all that that’s happened and all that I’ve lost from the accident. They also made everything very smooth and stress-free because I was already stressed, naturally. The communication was always very clear and open. I never had to wait for anybody to get back. They always got back if they weren’t able to answer right away.

When I first met them my gut feeling told me this is who I wanted to handle my case I was right they showed me nothing but respect and honesty and gone beyond to make it comfortable for me they are on top of the game I highly recommend them to anyone who needs a great team to fight for them the are the best thanks guys .....

Good Day, And it is a Good Day! My name is Michael E. Heinz and I'm writing on behalf of My Mentally & Physically Handicapped Brother, Timothy Heinz.Timmy lives in a Group home and was physically abused in May of 2012. While the NYPD and the District Attorney could not find out who committed this heinous act & closed the case, D'Agostino & Associates did not. With Your help,specifically, Mr. Edward Pavia,we were able to hold the "Agency", that hired this individual,accountable. The Settlement reached through Your Firm has given Timmy & the Heinz Family a sense of Justice and, hopefully, to this Agency & All Agencies responsible for the care and protection of the Disabled,a warning. Highly recommended!!! I was referred here by a friend after I got into a car accident, from the moment I walked in I felt welcomed and completely comfortable. Jon Ryan and his team handled my case with extreme precision and put my mind at ease so I can focus on trying to recover. The girls who assist in there office are delightfully helpful.
